| Free transcriptions | It is possible to write your name directly in Japanese (if you know the transcription) or in English in which case we will make of the translation. Multiple translations exist for a same name, so we cannot accept claims for our translation work. (You can use the text field to add explanations if the pronunciation is not usual in your country of residence. If you have a translation, please attach a picture). We do not translate expressions, only words and names. Requests for complex translations will be ignored and refunded. Please also note that initials cannot be translated in Japanese. Consequently, they will always be embroidered in English. |

Classic Tanto - Judo no Kata
Essential accessory for all Judoka practicing Kata, our Tanto (traditional dagger), is offered in red oak. This classic model can be used in Kata competition.
The Tanto is used in the Goshin Jutsu no Kata on techniques: Tsukkake, Choku-tsuki and Naname-tsuki. It's also used in the Kime no kata on techniques: Tsuki komi, Kiri komi and Yoko tsuki.
For this model, we complete the workshop finish with Camelia oil treatment by default. This is the standard KuSakuraShop finish. We do not apply any additional polishing for this finish, so some weapons might have a slightly rough surface. For maintenance, we recommend that you oil your weapons about once a month with a vegetal based oil.
