- Free shipping for small packages under 1 kg is now available to France, Canada, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Estonia, Austria, Croatia, Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Hungary, Bulgaria, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Italy and New Zealand. Other countries will be charged 800 YEN (~7$) at checkout.

- America/Oceania remote area delivery: some remote destinations (far from major cities) require 3,000 YEN additional fees to ship with DHL/FedEx/UPS (charged once we have manually checked your address). Feel free to send us your postcode prior to placing your order if you'd like us to check if such fees apply.
- If you select a suspended shipping method (clearly displayed at checkout), your order will be stored until the shipping method is reinstored (this may not be before September/October).
- Order cancellation once an order is packaged will be charged 500 YEN (if paid via PayPal, we remind you that PayPal's 4% payment fees are also non refundable).
- KuSakura is the only company using simultaneously professional rates with FedEx, UPS and DHL. If your country can be delivered, we will deliver!

Of course, we do offer a reward for taking the time to help us. You will get a 5% discount on your future order. (Valid for three months after the posting your comment).
How to leave a review
Open the product page of the product you want to comment on and click on the " write review" button.
A new window opens, designed to fill in your name (or simply a nickname), email address, country or Dojo, rate the product and write your review.
- The review has to be written within 2 months after receiving your order.
- The review has to concern a product you ordered and which was already delivered at the time of writing the review.
- Reviews concerning products that have been returned do not entitle to this discount.
- Please use the same email address you used for your order. (We need an email address to send you the discount code, but of course, the address is not shown and remains private.)
- Leave a comment using your name or a pseudonym and add your country or Dojo.
- The amount of the discount is 5%.
- The discount code is valid for a period of 3 months and can be used only once.
- The discount code is sent by email within 2 business days.
How to use the discount code
As the discount code has to be entered during the checkout process, during the first or second step in the order summary.
- Click in the "discount" field.
- Enter your discount code (sent by email).
- Click on "apply" to confirm your discount!
- If your code appears green, it was applied.
- The "X" allows to delete the code (which will still be active for a future order).
- Check the order total below to verify that the code was applied.
Please contact us prior to placing your order, if you did not receive a discount code or if the code does not apply, contact us immediately to solve the problem.
