【Important Notice: Our Shop Name Is Changing】
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our shop.
To make the identity of our shop and its operator clearer, KuSakuraShop will be changing its shop name to:
KuSakura Authorized Seller | BUDO EXPORT.
Our website is operated by BUDO EXPORT Co., Ltd., an authorized KuSakura products' retailer, and is separate from KuSakura Co., Ltd., KuSakura products' manufacturer.
Until now, the distinction between KuSakura as the manufacturer and BUDO EXPORT as the operator of this online shop may not always have been sufficiently clear.
As a result, there have been occasions when customers were unsure whether they should contact KuSakura or BUDO EXPORT.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
By making BUDO EXPORT more clearly identifiable as the operator of the shop, we hope to make it easier for our customers to know whom to contact regarding orders, shipping, product inquiries, after-sales support, and other services provided through our website.
【You may also notice a change to our logo】
As part of this update, the BUDO EXPORT logo may now appear more prominently on our website and in Google search results. Some customers may notice that the logo features Aikido rather than Judo.
BUDO EXPORT is involved not only in the operation of KuSakuraShop, but also in SeidoShop, which specializes primarily in Aikido, classical Japanese martial arts, and other Japanese martial arts equipment.
KuSakuraShop also originated as a project under Seido Co., Ltd., which is why the BUDO EXPORT logo reflects our broader background and involvement in Japanese martial arts rather than Judo alone.
The appearance of the BUDO EXPORT logo does not mean that KuSakuraShop has been transferred to another company or that the nature of our shop has changed.
Please be assured that this update concerns only our shop name and presentation, with the aim of making the identity of the shop operator clearer.
There will be no change to the services we provide, our team, our customer support, or the KuSakura products available through our shop.
We will continue to serve customers around the world as an authorized retailer of genuine KuSakura products, with the same commitment to service and support as before.
Thank you very much for your continued trust and support.
